Our R&D process was created to address our frustration with the relatively low level of successful R&D commercialization in the Canadian maritime defence industry. We developed an intimate understanding of the related issues by working as sonar/acoustic operators, on procurement programs and with R&D agencies. We then began supporting R&D projects, providing added value analysis, software/systems engineering and operational input. The result is a suite of tools and a proven R&D process that we use to provide continued value.
